Viva L.A.!! is a drink that I came up with when the liquor distributors dropped off some packages of Absolut’s new Absolut Los Angeles vodka. The vodka has a distinct taste of acai, acerola, pomegranate, and blueberry…and lucky for me, the bar owner had a case of Mona Vie just sitting around, so I experimented and came up with this concoction.

This one is best served in a highball glass, just pour the contents in the order listed above over ice and you’ve got a crowd pleaser, that is, if you have the appropriate ingredients.
